I weighed in at 285 today. I’m mostly doing what I’m supposed to be doing. Lots of salads, soup, light breakfasts. There is definitely room for improvements, but at least I’m maintaining. I started working out a bit more regularly.

Things have NOT been great. I’m up to 286 today. Since that last post a few months ago I’ve crept up . To be fair, I was mostly 282, with occasional lows of 280. I’m nowhere near 280 today though.
