I weighed in at 285 today. I’m mostly doing what I’m supposed to be doing. Lots of salads, soup, light breakfasts. There is definitely room for improvements, but at least I’m maintaining. I started working out a bit more regularly. I picked up some Weider adjustable dumbbells: and a Weider bench – get them at BJ’s wholesale club though. The bench ran me about $100 and the weights were about $250. During the NY lockdown, you couldn’t get those weights for under $1400. I don’t think you’ll see them much cheaper than what I payed for them.

So – between the weights and the heavy bag I picked up a few months ago, I’m getting some really good workouts in. My neighbor is giving me some more weights and benches soon, so that too will help. I’m building a gym out in the garage.
