Weight 279 – What?!! I’m fairly sure it was a blip, but I saw the 270’s on my scale this morning! I moved the scale around on the floor – and I tried three times .. and you know what? yup, 279 each time! It’s the first step to putting the 280’s in my rear view mirror. The 290’s are already gone. I don’t even see them pop up any more. I look forward to saying g’bye to the 280’s forever too.
I’m still eating well. I’ve been doing salads, chicken, beef, yogurt, protein shakes, veggies .. I been saying no to deserts most of the time .. I do admit to a slice of cherry pie over the weekend though, but, hey – ya gotta live a little. Man I love cherry pie. I digress. My goal was to get down to 279 this month. Now my goal is to maintain it for the rest of the month.
