weight 283 – It’s been a while. I was down to 282 for a few days, but I had a weekend of BBQ’s and shot up to 286. One weekend of eating poorly. It’s taken me a week and a half to get back down to here again. My goal for July is to get to 279. Let’s see what happens.
Still on yogurt/protein shakes / logging my food intake. I feel like I’m about to lose a pound or two. Let’s see what happens.
