I weighed in at 291 today. I’m coming up on one year from surgery. I’m generally eating OK, but I could always do better. While being stuck at home during our quarantine for Covid-19 virus, it’s easy to get snacky. For the most part I’ve been able to maintain, but nevertheless, as I said, I could be better.
I had a wake up call a few days ago when I weighed in at 295 .. I immediately shut down all snacking and started in on the protein shakes and yogurts. I’m back at 291, but I’m going to keep at it and see how much I can lose in the next 10 days.
