FINALLY – down to 292. I got peeved when I went up to 296, so I stopped picking at food between meals. I’m about 6 lbs from my goal weight!
still on my protein shakes in the morning,
usually a yogurt (too good) around 10am.
I grab lunch between 11:30am and 12pm – that could be anything. I just am careful not to overeat. Once I start getting that “full” feeling, I just stop eating – no matter how tasty something is. That’s kind of my rule for myself.
Around 3pm I start feeling peckish, so I grab a snack. Another yogurt, or a handful of trail mix, or popcorn, or cottage cheese (https://www.goodculture.com/strawberry-chia)
Dinner – same as lunch. I just don’t overeat. Sometimes, dinner will be just my lunch leftovers.
