Weigh in was 295 this morning. I feel like I’m about to drop a few pounds next week. I’ve been terrible about getting to the gym. My eating has been OK, but I notice I’m probably eating too much at lunch and snacking a lot in the evening. I’ll work on that this week.

It’s easy to be discouraged by my slowing weight loss. I need to keep it in context. I’ve lost 6 lbs since 12/10/2019. This is fantastic. From the week to week weigh-in’s it’s 1 or 2 lbs, but it adds up. My cloths are definitely seeing a 6 lb difference. Hopefully I’ll drop 6 more for 2/10. Stay tuned
