weigh in is 296 today. It’t been a while since I posted. The holiday season was killing me. I’m fortunate that I didn’t put any weight on, but I didn’t have any weight loss either. I was picking and grazing at cakes and cookies; and while I wasn’t acting like an animal, I still wasn’t eating all that well either. Now that the holidays are over, I’m back in the saddle. I made it to the gym yesterday and ate relatively well. I still snacked on two or three little pieces of chocolate, but overall I stuck to the plan. Chocolate mini candy bars are my weakness. I keep justifying it by thinking that they are so little, what’s the big deal. But I really know the truth. I could do something better. I’ll have to start putting a hard no to those mini candies.

I think I’ll drop a few pounds this coming week. I can kind of feel it.
