weight = 308 lbs, 4 lbs down since last week and 10 lbs down since my first post last month on 10/4/2019. I’m still eating protein shakes, and occasionally getting to the gym. I wasn’t super good about the gym this week because I had some research papers due at school, but at least I got there once and will go over the weekend as well.
It was Halloween yesterday, but I didn’t have much candy and had a really long walk with the kids for tick-or-treating. I’ve been eating noticeably less. I’m just resigned not to over eat. This isn’t a matter of being hungry, but just not eating until I’m over full. Just because something tastes great, doesn’t mean I can’t save some for later.
The cloths that fit me last week are starting to be very loose on me.
