I weighed in at 318 today. I’m starting to see my weight trend downwards .. like, I’m more often 317/318 and less 319/320, and occasionally hitting 316. So – trending downwards. I’ve gotten to the gym a few days this week and I’ve been eating my vitamins.
I’ve been getting “snacky” at work, so I started bringing a bag of “Skinny Pop” Popcorn, and I’m still snacking on a yogurt or two (too good yogurt – I love this stuff and they have more flavors now). My lunches haven’t been particularly big – but I’m generally satisfied with a lot less food than I used to be. Overall, I’m not eating poorly, I haven’t had alcohol, and I’m still doing a protein shake for one meal a day.
This has been a sticking point for my weight, but at least its starting to move in the right direction again. Honestly, if I stayed at this weight, I’d be OK. It’s a lot better than being 400 lbs. I’m thankful that I did the surgery.
