I’m still at 323 lbs. I had a tough week. There were a few BBQ’s last weekend, where I could have eaten better. I went into the weekend at 323, but by Monday night I was pushing 328. I doubled up on my protein shakes (breakfast and dinner) twice this week, and I’ve been watching my intake since Monday. So, at least I didn’t gain from last Friday, but I’m not thrilled to be the same either. Hopefully I can make up for it this week.
