I’m weighing in at 339 today. That’s about 4 lbs down in 12 days. I’m becoming more accustomed to my diminished stomach capacity, hence I’m eating less but doing it comfortably. I’m still having protein shakes nearly every day (occasionally on weekends I’ll substitute with 2 eggs), and I’m eating yogurt once or twice a day – otherwise I’ll eat a little for lunch and a little for dinner. Dinner last night was one taco and a few pieces of plantain. I was satisfied.
