ok, the scale is moving again. I’m at 319 – but I was down as far as 316 this week. But today .. 319, so that is the official weight this week. I’ve been seriously ill this week – so, I’ve been eating a lot of crap. Still a protein shake once a day, but since I’ve been working from home, I’ve snacked a little here and there. That’s something I’m going to have to be cared of.
My wife bought me a small Sunday from Carvel (ice cream Sunday if you don’t know what Carvel is). Normally I would have had that at one sitting, but I’m not even half way through it and I’ve hit it twice – so the small Sunday is basically going to be 4 servings for me. No reason to get myself sick over some ice cream.
Anyway, I didn’t get much exercise in this week. I’ll try to get back to the gym on Monday or over the weekend. TTYL
