I’m down to 326 today. I haven’t been hungry, but I’ve been getting “snacky” at night. I’m going to have to find some healthy snacks to keep around. I’m still doing Too Good Yogurts, but I don’t want to over do them. I’ll probably pick up some Strawberries and Blueberries for the evenings. I’m also doing my protein shakes in the morning, which I think is a good way to start the day.
