weighed in at 330 this morning! I’m getting closer to my goals. Overall I’ve been eating what I want to eat, but I’m just eating a lot less of it.
My diet these days has still been a protein shake in the morning, followed by coffee and a “too good yogurt” around 10am. For lunch, I’ve been mixing it up. I tend to have what I want to have, but I’m eating less and not finishing it .. my stomach gets full. Around 3pm, I have a second yogurt and then dinner around 8:30pm (when I get home from work). Dinner can be anything, but I just don’t eat a lot of it. Last night I had half a burrito. The difference is that before the surgery, this would never have filled me up. Now it does.
