Now I’m down to 346. That’s about 40 lbs since surgery and about 58 lbs since I started my journey. I’ve been getting to the gym a bit. Lifting weights and cardio (tread mill, elliptical machine). I feel good. I can’t eat large amounts of food. I find that I feel sick for about 2 hours after I over eat. Also I find that heavier food like chicken, pork and beef are harder to get down. Things like yogurt, eggs, protein shakes and fish are easier to eat for me.
