I’m teetering between 353 and 349 lbs. My official weight today is 350. Each day I seem to lose a little more. I’m eating about anything I want these days, though I’m MOSTLY eating healthy and I’m eating a LOT less then I had been. Occasionally I’ll have a bite of cake or I may have a half slice of pizza or something to satisfy a craving, but I generally don’t seek out junk food. I prefer to eat healthy, and I’ve been having my protein shakes (1 or 2 a day) most days – so anything I eat, I just sort of nibble at.

My doctor has been happy with my progress, and says that I’ll continue dropping weight for at least a year. I had been worried that I wasn’t dropping weight quickly enough, but he says that I’m doing quite well.
