Weight – 285 – This is not a great month for dieting. At some point last month, I was killing it. Now I’m up a few lbs and strict dieting to get back to where I was. My goal is to get down to 279 again by the end of the month. I’m already down 1lb since my weigh in yesterday. I’ve been dieting strictly over the last few days and have been doing 30 minutes of cardo the last few days. Hopefully it won’t be long before I reach my goal.

Confession: i ate a bunch for a few days last weekend. Not a ton, but more than I normally would – hence the weight gain. I’ve found that if I tackle a weight gain fast, rather than letting it settle on my body, it can come off fast enough. Fingers crossed. I’m over my 12 months since surgery – and at some point understand that I might gain weight. I’m doing everything I can to avoid this.
