I weighed in at 287 this morning. I’ve been strict on my diet and have been logging all food intake into the Baritastic app. I’ve been averaging about 1200 calories a day, sometimes more and sometimes less. Logging has gotten me back to being aware of my food choices. I can’t really complain about not losing weight, I can see my daily calorie count. If I choose to ignore what I’m putting into my body, there are consequences for it. I’m still weighing in twice a day to keep myself on-track.

I had a Too Good Yogurt for breakfast this morning. It wasn’t long ago that this would not have gotten me to lunch; I would have needed a small snack, but here I am, close to 11am and I’m not hungry.

I miss exercising. I’ve been checking craigslist, facebook market place and ebay for low cost weights and/or a heavy bag that I can buy for my home.

I’m going to lose more weight.
