weighed in 297 today -F’yea! I broke the 300lb barrier. It’s been about four days since I passed 300. Today is Tuesday. Last Friday was my son’s birthday. We have cupcakes for breakfast on birthday’s in this house. I started off with my cupcake, and then there was cake after dinner .. I had a small slice. Then we were away on Saturday – I had eggs for breakfast, munched on a few chips in the car for the ride upstate NY, then had a few bites of a sandwich for dinner – it honestly filled me up. The next day I had the continental breakfast at the hotel .. some beacon and sausage mostly. Then we drove back for my son’s birthday party; he’s 6. So two small slices of pizza and two donuts. I have a real weakness for donuts.
I was terrified to weigh in on Monday, but I actually lost a bit of weight. I was thrilled.
Anyway, it was back to the Gym this morning; I generally go around 5 am. I hit the heavy bag and lifted some weights.
OK, I got the kids ready for school, now I have to get ready for work myself.
