Weight: 312 – 3 lbs gained since last Friday – but a lose of 6 lbs total for the month of Oct so far. I’m not exactly sure what happened this week. Naturally it’s a bit disappointing when there is a gain, but I’ve been to the gym twice this week so far, and have been strictly taking my protein shakes for breakfast. I’ve been out a few times for lunch this week – so I think I’ll have to pull back on that going forward. I got down to 309 lbs last Friday, but almost immediately some of that weight went back on. Perhaps it was just an adjustment. I’m still down 1 lb from the previous Friday.

Anywho. no use crying over spilled milk. Back to the gym tomorrow morning. I’m off to go prepare my protein shake and start getting ready for work. I’m looking forward to getting below 300 lbs and I need to really work towards my 286lb goal. It’s not going to happen by itself.
